Daily regularity is taken for granted by many people. The constipation relief tea is a very gentle product to aid regularity.
However, depending on our diet, which may be lacking in what our body needs for regularity, a high percentage should use a mild tea like this, to make sure that waste is moved out of the body as quickly as possible.
If our digestive system does not want certain wastes, fats and toxins and tries to move them out of our digestive system - we should make sure it is not stored inside our body longer than absolutely necessary.
This tea is not strong enough to be used in cases of heavy constipation. Instead, try Bell Bowel Relief Tea in Capsules.

For best results, bring water to the boil with the tea bag in it. Take it off the heat and enjoy when cool enough to drink.
Alternatively, pour boiling water into a cup containing one tea bag. Leave to steep for 3 - 5 minutes.
If sweetening is required, do not use sugar or artificial sweetener. Instead substitute honey (preferably UMF rated Manuka Honey).
Always read the label and use only as directed. If problems persist, please see your healthcare professional.
